Eating habits are based on more than just hunger. Several other factors are involved in the way we eat, i.e. enjoyment, impulse, convenience, cultural background, environment, and so on. Our physique, age, height, muscle tone, bone structure, physical activities, and metabolism make all of us different.

It is easy to see why most diets that ignore our physique and eating habits tend to fail. So many diets in this day and age are eliminating or restricting certain foods. This is not only unnecessary, but very difficult to sustain for most individuals. We all know how hard it can be to go against nature or abruptly change our lifestyle.

This is why I am approaching nutrition in an individual way. I am truly going to evaluate your needs and create an eating plan that will conform to your individual needs, lifestyle, and food preferences.

           
When you're exhausted, you tend to make it easier on yourself to substitute fatty, fast food for healthy foods. That's why it's so vitally important to keep your body fueled with the right nutrition throughout the day. "Chemical energy" comes from the foods we eat, and as long as we feed ourselves with properly balanced protein, and carbohydrate-containing meals, they will have a lasting impact on our energy levels. And the more closely you stick to your preferred eating strategy, the better you will feel--guaranteed! Feeding your body every two to three hours throughout the day will provide the body with a stable, constant supply of nutrients required to be more energetic-- whether you're at work or in the gym.
